1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8h88 ("8h88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8h88 online gaming platform, available at 8h88.ws, including all associated services, features, content, and games offered therein.

By accessing the 8h88 platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all users of the 8h88 platform regardless of the method of access (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device) and regardless of geographical location, provided that access originates from or is intended for players within Bangladesh. 8h88 is designed exclusively for the Bangladesh market, and all services are calibrated for Bangladeshi players.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8h88 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8h88. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing the 8h88 platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both the individual and the entity. However, 8h88 is a consumer-facing gaming platform — commercial or institutional use is not the intended purpose of the service.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services offered by 8h88 — including placing wagers, making deposits and withdrawals, claiming bonuses, and participating in the VIP loyalty programme — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 8h88 platform is strictly for adults. 8h88 employs age verification procedures during and after registration, including the right to request a copy of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, passport, or other official government-issued identity document at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated system). Bots, scripts, and automated registration tools are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number registered to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds on the platform. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 8h88 or any associated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must not have had a previous 8h88 account closed for a breach of these Terms.

Single Account Policy:

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 8h88 platform. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, a family member's details, or any other identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8h88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and retain any deposits or winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 8h88 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 8h88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 8h88 support immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be secured without delay.

All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not those activities were authorised by you personally. 8h88 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 8h88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8h88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only supported payment channels. Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer options may be made available at a future date, in which case these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-volume deposits may trigger an internal review as part of standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• Deposits from mobile wallets registered in your own name are credited to your 8h88 balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances, technical delays at the payment provider's end may cause a delay of up to 15 minutes.
• If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact 8h88 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• 8h88 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are available for gameplay immediately upon crediting.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. 8h88 does not process withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit, as a measure against money laundering.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours from the time the request is submitted. Gold VIP tier and above receive priority processing within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made once your account has completed the applicable KYC verification process. Pending KYC verification will temporarily hold withdrawal processing.
• 8h88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for withdrawals above ৳50,000 as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

8h88 operates a strict policy against the use of gambling platforms as a conduit for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gameplay. Players who deposit and immediately withdraw funds — or who otherwise use the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine gambling activity — may have their accounts reviewed, restricted, or permanently closed. Winnings resulting from such activity may be voided.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

8h88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time of claiming, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses credited to your 8h88 account are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the deadline result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. The contribution breakdown is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• 8h88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are in an active wagering period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once by creating duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• 8h88 is not obligated to honour a bonus that has been claimed through a technical error, a software glitch, or an incorrectly displayed promotion. In such cases, 8h88 will endeavour to notify affected players and offer a fair resolution.

The 8h88 six-tier VIP loyalty programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, and Diamond — operates on a points-accumulation basis. Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers and can be redeemed for bonus credits, free spins, or enhanced withdrawal processing speed, depending on the player's current VIP tier. 5 Betting Rules & Fair Play

All wagers placed on the 8h88 platform — whether on sports betting markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, kabaddi) or on casino games (slots, live casino, poker, Callbreak, table games) — are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, as well as the general fair play provisions set out in this section.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across markets or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that exploits pricing errors or promotions, is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bet promotions, or cashback structures in a manner contrary to their intended purpose is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, bonus hunting, staking strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and organised collusion between players.
• Automated Betting: The use of bots, scripts, macros, third-party betting assistance software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the 8h88 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: In poker and card games including Callbreak, players must not communicate or coordinate with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage. Any form of chip dumping, soft play, or coordinated card sharing is prohibited.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Players who identify a software bug, display error, or pricing error that results in an unintended advantage must report it to support immediately and must not continue to exploit it. Winnings derived from known software errors may be voided.

8h88 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, suspicious account activity, and potential collusion. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 8h88 reserves the right to void affected bets (whether settled or pending), withhold associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the player's account, and — where the conduct constitutes fraud or a criminal offence — report the matter to relevant authorities.

6 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 8h88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, sound effects, audiovisual content, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 8h88 or its licensors (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the 8h88 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8h88 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 8h88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any 8h88 platform content or software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from any 8h88 content.
• Use any 8h88 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Systematically harvest, scrape, or collect data from the 8h88 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 8h88 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. 8h88 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies in respect of any such infringement.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8h88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 8h88 platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 8h88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8h88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8h88 targets a 99.9% uptime standard, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions (including payment provider outages affecting bKash or Nagad), or events outside 8h88's reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8h88's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. 8h88 is an entertainment platform. Never wager money that you cannot afford to lose. The outcome of all games of chance is inherently unpredictable. 8h88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay on the platform. Players who feel that their gambling is no longer under control are urged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings or to contact support immediately. 8 Account Suspension & Termination

8h88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Section 5 of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, automated betting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Registration or use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the account.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).

Dormant Account Policy:

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, and no gameplay during that period. Before an account is classified as dormant, 8h88 will attempt to contact the registered account holder via email to prompt re-engagement. Once dormant status is applied, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, if lower) may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a valid transaction.

Voluntary Account Closure:

You may request the closure of your 8h88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures described in Section 3. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied in addition to account closure.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 8h88 platform, including disputes over bet settlement, account closures, bonus decisions, or withdrawal processing, you should first contact the 8h88 customer support team at [email protected]. 8h88 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the 8h88 support team, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution channels available in your jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction.
